Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns as it is food and classed as a perishable item. 

Damages and issues
please note once your item has left our facility, and is handed over to AUSTRALIA POST or ARAMEX, we take No responsibility for any damages or lost items if NO INSURANCE is added to your order. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We predominantly specialize in Best Before or Past Best Before Date Imported Goods.

USA confectionary contains a lot of sugar and preservatives and last a long time after the best before dates.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns 

Clearance/ Sale/ Best before Date Items. These are clearly mentioned either in the description or the Title of the product.

Items in the clearance and sale area are close to best before dates or past the best before date, and a refund will not be given. 

 

However if you still require a refund we are happy to accept unopened items back to us however the customer needs to pay for the postage back.

 

Item Missing from Your Order

Please notify us within 24hrs of receiving your order if there is something missing. please email us at ehsan@adelaidenutco.com with photos of what you received and the name of the product you were missing along side your name and order number so we can fix the issue 



Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
